Will pursuing an MBA in Dubai help me in getting placed in a good Dubai based company in operations field?
I have 3 years of experience in IT field in India.

Listening to your situation and experience, if you go to Dubai or any other gulf country now, you would get salary more than you are getting now i.e. if you're getting Rs.20,000, so there you'll get up to Rs.4 to Rs.45,000 and living expenses are also negotiable.
