Will pursuing B.Arch from a university that is approved by council of architecture be of any problem in future?

Rather than being a problem, it would help you secure admission in higher courses, as the council of architecture is the governing body for all architecture courses in India. Moreover, any architect who wants to pursue a career in architecture must be registered with the council of architecture.
