Will pursuing graduation from SOL be a drawback in getting admission to a good MBA college?
I am doing CA and have completed 2-years of my internship in auditing. Will I be getting any benefits during admission with my CA inter qualification and articleship experience?

It is not a drawback. MBA mainly depends upon the entrance exam, GD/PI. For best college you have to appear for CAT.
