Will SAP-ABAP or FA helpful for science graduate but 3 yrs finance back end process experience person?

I am a science graduate however I have 3 years of work exp in finance back end process. I am intrested to persue a SAP course. Please advice whether SAP ABAP or FA will be more helpful to enhance my work exp.
