Will single sitting graduation acceptable by the job offering companies?

Hi I was unable to complete my BSc-CS in 2003. Now I donot have eligibility to take the annual scheme and also it has been with drawn. Can I complete a Bachelors graduation in ONE sitting that is offered from CV Raman Uni, Periyar, Kar State Open Uni etc? Is it valid? will there be any issue at work

under section 2(f) you will be eligible
