Mba in from Usa gives beter pay package mainly from top universities like harvard, oxford, kellogs. India hs become new hub for opportunity in e-commerce and manufacturing. India offers equally gud opportunity if done from premiere Bschools like Fms, Isb, Mdi, Imi, IIMs, Xlri, Mica.
do not get buoyed by currency like dollars. It is three times indian rupee. So the salaries cannot be conpared directly. Both have their own cost if living and earning potential. Choose wisely. All The very Best.

If one intends to work in India post MBA,then an MBA in India from the tier- I Institutes will definitely have an advantage. The campus placement route in India is a big plus & gives an opportunity to a student to pick up a job that meets his requirement .
