    You will be counted as an experienced candidate and you have to justify your interests if you want to switch profile.

    Yes. Work experience will be counted.

    It will be counted as work experience so don't worry on that. Its not relevant though but they don't care much because 90 percent of batch doesn't have relevant work experience. But if you take finance it will be a good pointer to get selected.
