Will the 2nd counselling of B.Sc nursing on 31st August 2019 be for ST, freedom fighters, ex-servicemen or all the candidates?

Hello,
It is perhaps too late to answer, but normally speaking all except last round (called mop up round) is for all categories of students. Best wishes to you.
