No it won't create a problem . AICTE approval or UGC recognition in needed only for those people who want to pursue P.HD. or who want to join Government sector. If you want to pursue your career in a big corporate all you require is a good placement with high package . PGPM is a course which does not require UGC recognition or AICTE approval. Hence, many autonomous universities don't have UGC OR AICTE approval or recognition .

No it wont be a problem Although it is true that it is neither aicte nor ugc approved but dont worry it will not be a problem. The only problem u may face is that u cant do p.hd after passing from pgpm degree. The other problem which u may face is that some companies dont accept pgpm. Other than that its okay to join ibs. Actually Speaking Companies don't see degree or diploma it only see your knowledge level and after 1 year from joining a company the only thing that matters is job experience. You can also do mba along with pgpm by paying 50000 extra from ibs dehradun.
