Will the application fee be refunded in case of a failed transaction?

If a candidate fails to complete the application process and the application fee is not paid due to a failed transaction, candidates can wait for a while as the application fee which got deducted from the candidate's bank account will be refunded by the Satavahana University, Karimnagar in cases of a failed transaction if at all identified at its end.
