Normally, institutes offer some of the scholarships. You need to check that with the institutes themselves. -
Maybe. Some B-Schools provide concession on the tuition fees or merit-based scholarships if a candidate has stellar profile and/or great scores in the entrance exams. You need to visit the sites of such colleges individually to check, or talk to your seniors/peers who will advise you better.
