Will the courses like AutoCAD, Revit, MEP, HVAC and Nebosh HSW, Nebosh IGC make my career?

I have completed my 12th and joined production engineering. I have completed 2 years but detained in 3rd year. I don't want to continue engineering.

    I'm a fresh graduate Mechanical Engineer and I'm confused to select between NEBOSH IGC course and Revit MEP course. However, you need to sit with yourself and determine your goals and vision, because it will effect critically in your career life otherwise there will be no turning back for choosing another course if the time is too late for it.
