Will the cutoff come down with JB back in CAP rounds this year as JB was not in the fray last year? I have scored 96.44 percentile.

You are on boarder line because last year cutoff was around 96%ile. best of luck -
Certainly a 120 odd students less competition for you , the cut off will come down for sure. For you it would be possible to get through in CAP ROUND THREE , If you're a home university student . last year it was around 96%
