I am planning to do executive MBA and I'm a working professional with 15 years of experience in quality. Now, I got a chance to work for HR.

It's a good Idea. Since you are now in the HR department, your Executive MBA in HR will help you understand the HR concepts and assist you in becoming a better HR professional.
