Will the experience of 5 years in a BPO be considered to get admission in the countries like UK, US, Germany, etc. for MBA?

Hello, Every though every experience counts but it depends on where have you worked, in what capacity, your leadership skills & decision making capacity during your work experience. So, you may look at your past experience & make a strong resume, have a word with few seniors or clients to have their letter of recommendation for your strong application besides writing strong essays. Your applications quality in all would contribute to acceptance in the countries you mentioned.
