Will the gap affect me anyhow during my admission?
I changed my board in class 12th and recently have appeared in the exams. However, I have a gap between my class 10th and 12th. Currently, I am preparing for JEE 2016.

No, don't worry. All the institution will count on your marks and nothing further than that. So, be relaxed and best of luck for your exam.
