Will the gap years affect my profile while sitting for placement in KIIT? My profile:10th- 81%, 12th-82.25%, graduation-8.8 CGPA.

Dear Sarthak ,Sorry for being late . You have an excellent carrier graph my friend . I don't think that you'll face difficulties during the placement . It's true that some of our major recruiters will consider no gap or only one year gap . But this companies are very few may 1-2 companies . You can easily seat for other big companies during the placement .All the best for your future . For any doubt feel free to ask .

Hi Sarthak, There are more than 90 companies which take part in the placement drive every year in Kiit School Of Management. Every company has a different qualification criteria, this is where your marks would help you. Since you have overall 80% throughout your career you would qualify to sit for most of the companies except for certain companies like TCS which do not prefer students with more than 1 year gap. Apart from that you have to give a convincing reason for your year gap to the recruiters and should be prepared to answer all the questions related to it. But if we consider the past records , u wl be allowed to sit fr most of the big companies like MnM, Techmahindra, Bajaj Capital , Excel Dynamics etc.
