Will the history of arrears affect me while applying Canada visa for education?
I had 30 arrears, which I have cleared in the final semester.

I am sorry to say this, it will surely effect your visa process and to be honest there are only 10% chances of visa approval. -

Definitely 30 backlogs, will be a serious problem in Canadian visa. Though, you manage to get admit from the university or college, it will be very difficult to get a visa. You might be identified as a potential immigrant and your visa might be denied.
