Will the HRD ministry attest my degree or not? I have done MBA through distance.

Dear,
You can check the recognition and approval of the particular university in UGC website or Distance learning council. If the University name is mentioned there then no need to approach HRD. If the university is listed under fake university then you may have to complain to HRD Ministry or file
