Will the institute provide placements if I get CPL (commercial pilot license) or do I have to search it on my own?

After getting commercial pilot license, you have to search for jobs as per the vacancies. You can apply to different airlines and can get a job as a first officer. The training club also assists in getting a job but very few placements are done. It may take 1 or 2 months to get a job but demand of pilots is very high.
