    The refund policy would be based on the institute's time of withdrawal, primarily for the Offer Acceptance Fee and first-year fees in terms of the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). If you've changed your mind about your admission into the programme then, the Offer Acceptance Fee is usually nonrefundable because it serves like a confirmation of intent from your side.
