    Graduates from the Pharma D program will be less at risk from automation-driven job displacement because the profession involves critical thinking, interacting with patients, and clinical decision-making, in which human experience is vital.

    While automation and artificial intelligence are making processes such as drug dispensing and data analysis more efficient, jobs in clinical pharmacy, research, pharmacovigilance, and patient counseling will remain in need of qualified professionals.
