Generally, the conducting body receives 28000 to 30000 registrations every year for the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET Exam. The competition is to secure seats in 30 participating colleges. Some of the top government law colleges are: Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College of Law, Andhra University  (Visakhapatnam)
