Will the seat allotment: round 1 and round 2 take place in online mode or do we need to be physically present there?

Since you did not mention the exam for which counselling is conducted. I can only assume it to be either IIT or State Engineering Entrance board. Nearly all counsellings are conducted online. I would recommend checking on the website of authority conducting counselling.
