Will the TS ECET exam centres allow me to deposit my personal belongings like bags, wallets, mobile phones, etc. outside the exam hall?

As such, a candidate do not have anyone to accompany them who can take care of their belongings, they may request the TS ECET centre authorities to deposit the personal belongings for the test duration. But, the authorities will not be responsible for any loss of belongings.
