The WBCS selection process is not going to change because the West Bengal Public Service Commission is required to take approval from the state government before applying any change in the WBCS exam process. As per the latest media reports, no such approval was asked by the Commission from the state government.
The WBCS exam is expected to remain the same as previous years, consisting of three stages:
- Prelims
- Mains
- Personality Test
