will there any institutions that offers MBA admissions other than June academics. if so, please specify. particular in South India

i had not yet completed my B.tech till date. I'm waiting for my final results, the results will likely announced by the end of this June, not exact. so, i seek to have admission in academics, other than this June for a better option. please suggest best solution for my carrier
