Will there be a 4th RIE merit list or do I have any chance of getting selected (state rank is 9 and category rank is 8)?
The third merit list of RIE is published and the person who has 2 more marks more than me has been allotted.

No, there is no more list because all the seats are completely filled. If your rank is 9 then you name should be in main list. And if you missed your main list counselling then your seat had been given to any other candidate of waiting list. I am studying in RIE and according to my knowledge all the
