Mostly yes, as per the DTE website. PGDM specific would definitely require GDPI process, but MMS can waive off as last year it was waived off. Good luck.

Sorry, but according to me with 96.09 percentile in MHT-CET through PCB, you cannot get admission to ICT for B.Tech Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology. The cuttoff competitively closes around 99.0 to 99.9 percentile.
