Will there be a need to write CAT if I score very good marks in GMAT and XAT?

You only need the score for either of the 3 entrance examinations. The selection is also based on consistent academic performance and a good profile.

If you have really good score in GMAT & XAT then you can crack into a top B-School. You don't need particularly CAT score for that.
