Will there be a problem in document verification in IPU, as my parents' name is different in my 12th marksheet and JEE scorecard?

I have not written my parents surname on my JEE admit card and so it isn't on my JEE scorecard, but on all my other documents like Aadharcard, Marksheet, they have their full name. Will it cause any problem in document verification in IPU or in others?
