Will there be an issue if there's a difference in my name in the passport & BE graduation certificates?
Will this be an issue for applying to abroad universities? Please help.

Obviously, you need to reissue your graduation certificates, as per passport's name, and I wonder how you managed different names all this while.

No, while registering, there was given name (birth) & then for family (surname). But later one of my friends brought my attention to that I am missing (father's name) from mine as in my graduate certificate to apply for Masters.
