Will there be any affect if I pursue MBA? I have scored 50.81% in my graduation.

No, a minimum of 50% in graduation is the criteria for taking admission in any PG degree course.

You just need to work hard to get good marks. For MBA, you need to give entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, SNAP, etc. Score well in these exams. All the best.
