Will there be any difference if a candidate joins Indian Army through TES or NDA?

    Yes, there is lot of difference. TES is Technical Entry Scheme where you will be given B.Tech degree in addition to basic military training. While, after NDA you get a B.Sc degree in addition to basic military training.
    To qualify TES exam, you should have Minimum aggregate of 70% is mandatory in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You will be detailed for SSB interview based on the cut off as decided by Recruiting Directorate.
    While, for NDA you have to appear for the NDA exam and if you qualify the exam then you will be shortlisted for the SSB interview.

    NDA CADET is given a B.Sc degree, whereas a TES cadet get B.Tech degree.
