Will there be any difficulty in pursuing MCA for a B.Sc maths graduate?

I don't think so. In order to join MCA, a candidate need not necessarily be from BCA. In order to join MCA candidate must have maths in +2 as one of the subjects. You may feel some problem with programming language.
