Will there be any effect on my future if I have a 1 year gap between my 11th and 12th standard?

I am a medical student. I want to appear for the class 12th exams in 2017.

    The idea of gap year is not taken very positively in india so appear for your boards in continuation and then you can prepare for medicines entrance.
