The UPSC ESE 2025 applications are closing soon. The candidates should note that the IES 2025 applications can be filled online only at upsc.gov.in. The candidates should note that the Union Public Service Commission released the IES 2025 notification on September 18, 2024. Candidates will be required to pay the IES application fee as per their category. The fee exemption provided for the female candidates, SC, ST,  PwBD candidates is such that they do not wanted to pay any fees. On the other hand, other candidates must pay an application fee of INR 200. The fee can be paid online (through SBI Net Banking/ debit card/ credit card)

Yes, there will be exemptions for paying the application fee for the IES 20245 exam too. Female candidates, SC/ST candidates, and PwD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee, as mentioned in the sources provided.

The candidates belonging to these categories are not required to pay the UPSC IES application fee.
