Will there be any impact in the selection process if there is a gap of one year after graduation and have a year of work experience?

Hi Ashleesha,
If you show any valid certificate course, volunteering experience or some internship experience, it would not be a problem at all.

You can go with the other colleges, if they are ranked in top 25. Else, you can take a year gap again.
