Will there be any issues in the future if I complete my Bachelor's in a college under PU and my Master's degree in a college under GNDU?

No, completing your master degree from a college affiliated with Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) and your bachelor's degree from a college affiliated with Punjab University (PU) won't cause any significant problems. The UGC has given both universities high recognition and degrees that are accepted all over India. However when applying for jobs or further education certain institutions may have different credit transfer rules grading schemes or syllabuses that call for further documentation.
