Will there be any negative impact at the time of placement (MBA) if I have less than 60% marks in graduation?

Hello, There might be some impact as some companies can keep a criterion of at least 60% for a candidate to be eligible for the interview. Whereas, the rest of the companies might ask you the reason (s) for having a low score in graduation. Anyways, there's nothing one can do to change his/her past academic scores apart from performing well in the campus placement interview (s).
