Will there be any problem in getting placements if I crack JEE Advanced in the 2nd attempt after JEE Mains with 3 attempts?

There is no such criteria as the placements are totally based on your knowledge and skills that you develop during your 4-year tenure. The company will filter students through their eligibility criteria but the number of such companies is less. So, don't worry and take a year drop if you are confident enough to crack JEE next year.

There will be no problem in this regard. Placements depend on B.Tech % and your skills + performance.

No, there will be no problem, but try to clear the JEE Mains only when you are sure that you will clear it.
