Will there be any problem in my placement?

My class 10th percentage is 45%, in class 12th 50% and in graduation 50%.

    It may or may not depend on the profile you apply for. In most of the cases, companies look for talent and marks are mere points for qualification.

    The percentages are taken into consideration while short-listing from large group of candidates in a short-listing process. In certain cases, depending on the chosen criteria, you may face some issue in getting shortlisted further.
    But, when you reach to the interview stage, there will not be much issue on basis of you marks;
    Rather your
    1. Understanding of the field,
    2. The job which you applying for &
    3. Qualities required for the profile, will be considered for you to grab the job.
    So, don't worry about past marks much. Build up your profile with addition of knowledge required in the field via MOOCs and other sources.

    Dear Mahesh,
    There might be some issues in some MNCs for a fresher who has less than 60%, to overcome of this issue what you can do is, you can join some other courses to improve your grades.
    There are few universities who offer various degrees through online mode, which are easy to study and help you get good scores with less efforts.
    You can join any MBA degree course as they are trending these days.
    For further career guidance, you can write back.
