Will there be any problem in pursuing MBA? I got 48% in 12th (commerce) and 60% in my graduation.

Depending on what you are targeting. Getting into IIMs would be tough (too much weightage on academics), you can go for FMS as it doesn't consider your academic and there are good institutes as well like MDI, IIFT, etc. So try to get a good percentile in CAT and other exams.
