Will there be any problem with a UGC approved Diploma in civil engineering but not AICTE approved?

I am a student of Diploma in civil engineering under Arunachal University of Studies (private university), which is affiliated to UGC but not AICTE. It is displayed on the university's website that they have NOC from AICTE.

    Hi Apson,
    Firstly, every university must be approved by UGC. Now, if your course is not approved by AICTE, then it may or may not create some problems for you in future. If you are studying in a deemed university or in CAMPUS of the university (not in its affiliated colleges) approved by UGC, then even if your course is not approved by AICTE, it will not create any problem. This is because universities do not require AICTE approval compulsorily. They might apply for approval from AICTE just to add another feather to their cap.
