Will there be any problems in getting a teaching job in India, if a student has pursued a course from abroad?

A knowledge of the local language is always a great advantage but otherwise, he may have to feel a gap with the students. The study abroad should be relevant for India.

There won't be nay problem if the degrees obtained from abroad are recognized in India. Then he has to clear NET examination.
