I have 10th 78%, 12th 60%, B.Sc. 64% & MBA 7.5CGPA. I have 7yrs experience in HR & Admin Profile.

They will surely consider a candidate to read when they from IIM if you are MBA already promised University 7 years of work experience it doesn't matter but ps for sure you be answerable to many things as it's a lot of experience of 7 years and you are always so your age factor can be a problem as I
