Will they reject me during IIM interviews due to my 3 years of academic gap?
I had 3 years of gap after my +2. At the age of 20, I'm going to take BBA.

There will no impact of gap years in IIM interviews if you are able to logically and confidently explain reasons of gap years if asked during the personal interview.
