Will this affect my career in any terms? I want to pursue a career in marketing.
I am a B.Com (Hons.) student and am planning to learn digital marketing. I am doing my internship currently from Quantum Global Securities Ltd. in financial marketing.

It will not affect your career. Im also doing my intership in finance whereas my main specialization is in marketing. It will just affect the final placement interview. You will have to justify the reason for the same. After 2-3 years in a job, no one cares about your specialization.
