Will this be a good option for my career after MBA? If yes, then which stream should I take?
I am a BCA graduate and willing to pursue MBA.

It's up-to you, and your interest area. You can pursue both the alternatives. BCA+MBA looks little odd, but still you will get a placement you can survive with. But BCA + MCA looks normal and it will work normal. You can earn a good penny out of it, if you are interested in Computer Applications.
