Will this college accept January CMAT score? What is its cut-off for the same?

Try to score above 80 percentile. But, you confirm by calling them directly as admission for PSGIM starts in Jan 17, when 1st cycle of GD PI is finished and students are shortlisted. I would suggest you to take February MAT and then apply for their second round.
